Target is seeking an Engineering & Facilities Operations Manager at the Lugoff, SC Regional Distribution Center. The role leads maintenance teams to ensure high equipment availability and safe operations, coordinating with external contractors and internal departments to optimize material handling and facility performance.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year engineering degree or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior supervisory experience in a team environment.
• Ability to read, interpret, and communicate policies and procedures.
• Ability to lead and influence others on a team while managing multiple projects.
• Experience with multi-contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching and performance management for the maintenance team.
• Oversee safety, promote safe working across the site, and conduct safety investigations.
• Owner of health, reliability, and life-cycle management for site equipment and assets.
• Approve expenditures for parts per corporate guidelines and oversee contractor work.
• Ensure data integrity and adherence to Asset Management standards.
• Oversee onboarding and training for new hires; develop team capabilities.
• Develop shift hand-offs to ensure continuity of maintenance across the team.
