Job summary

Target is seeking an Engineering & Facilities Maintenance Operations Manager to lead a high-performing maintenance team, ensuring equipment availability and safe operation of the supply chain facility. You will guide technicians, coordinate with contractors, and drive continuous improvement across multiple projects with urgency and accountability.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Engineering or related fields or equivalent experience.
• Previous supervisory experience in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to read, interpret, and communicate necessary policies and procedures.
• Ability to manage, lead, and influence others on a team while prioritizing multiple projects.
• Experience with multi-contractor management.
• Self-motivated and customer-centric.
• Excellent PC competency.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Technicians, Utility Attendants and EAM Software Technicians to high equipment availability.
• Deliver solutions for challenging problems and manage multiple projects and daily activities.
• Collaborate with department leaders to achieve goals and manage contractors.
• Own safety procedures and promote safe working across the site.
• Develop and communicate shift hand-offs and maintain performance metrics.
