Target in Rialto, CA is seeking an Operations Manager in Distribution and Receive Centers to lead safety, productivity and team development in a fast-paced retail logistics environment. You will guide process improvements and drive results that impact thousands of team members and guests.

A four-year degree or equivalent experience, plus strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, are required to excel in this role and contribute to Target's distribution operations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with the ability to engage and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Good reasoning, conflict-management, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including the mezzanine platforms.
• Able to read and interpret necessary policies and procedures to perform updates and operate systems within the Distribution Center.
