You will lead budgeting, capital projects and preventative maintenance while maximizing financial performance.

The role requires directing an emergency response team, implementing energy conservation strategies and aligning engineering goals with brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6 years in engineering/maintenance; HVAC-R/Electrical/Plumbing training.
• 2-year degree in Building and Construction, Engineering, Mechanics; 4 years in engineering/maintenance; HVAC-R/Electrical/Plumbing training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Engineering Operations and Budgets; manage physical plant, equipment, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulations; maintain life safety systems and licenses/certifications.
• Manage profitability; monitor payroll; control expenses and capital expenditure goals; support department budgeting.
• Conduct HR activities; ensure fair treatment, open communication, celebrate successes and address staff concerns.

Education
