Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corp. seeks a Director of Engineering to lead the Engineering department, spanning manufacturing and reliability, maintenance, and facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive engineering, maintenance, or reliability experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading large multi-shift technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver production uptime and output to meet customer schedules.
• Own equipment availability, OEE, and downtime visibility; drive improvements.
• Drive preventive maintenance and enforce PM scheduling and compliance.
• Ensure facilities and utility systems uptime and contingency planning.
• Own qualification, change control, and decommissioning of equipment and facilities.
• Lead Continuous Improvement with CAPA processes and root-cause analysis.
• Oversee Engineering safety program alongside Safety teams.
• Develop and manage Engineering budget and cost-reduction targets.
