The role requires a top‑level engineering degree, 10+ years in manufacturing engineering or maintenance, and strong leadership in regulated consumer products. Expect multi‑site coordination, continuous improvement, and strong safety governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
10+ years of progressive engineering, maintenance, or reliability experience in manufacturing (personal care, cosmetics, OTC, food, or comparable regulated products).
Experience leading a multi‑level technical organization of 30+ employees across multiple shifts.
Experience owning a department budget and capital plan with cost reduction results.

Responsibilities

Deliver production uptime and output to meet customer schedule; own equipment availability and OEE.
Drive downtime reduction through root-cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
Lead preventive maintenance program, PM scheduling, and spare-part control.
Ensure facilities and utility uptime (HVAC, water, air, CIP, containment).
Develop and execute equipment, utility, and facility qualification and change control.
Own Continuous Improvement initiatives, CAPAs, and safety program alongside leadership.
Represent Engineering to customers and executive team with clear performance and recovery plans.
