Job summary

Supreme Integrated Technology is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead our multidisciplinary team in hydraulic and electrohydraulic systems. You will set strategy, ensure quality, and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver engineered-to-order solutions for marine, defense, and industrial applications.

You will mentor engineers, oversee design reviews, and manage complex programs from concept through deployment, maintaining safety and programmatic excellence.

Qualifications

10+ years in hydraulic or electrohydraulic system design and integration.
5+ years in engineering leadership or management.
Experience delivering engineered-to-order systems in relevant industries.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering strategy and drive technical excellence across hydraulic, electric, and electrohydraulic systems.
Provide senior technical oversight, design reviews, and risk assessments.
Develop talent, promote knowledge sharing, and ensure safe, on-time project delivery.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and customers to translate requirements into solutions.
