Job summary

Supreme Integrated Technology, Inc. (SIT) seeks a Director of Engineering to lead its multidisciplinary engineering organization and drive technical excellence across hydraulic, electric, and electrohydraulic system solutions.

This role owns engineering strategy, technical execution, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver engineered-to-order solutions that support SIT's long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in hydraulic or electrohydraulic engineering
• 5+ years in engineering leadership/management
• Experience delivering engineered-to-order systems in marine, oil & gas, defense, civil infrastructure, or heavy industry
• Strong system-level engineering, design reviews, and lifecycle execution

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering strategy and define technical direction
• Provide senior technical oversight and design reviews
• Develop talent and succession planning
• Ensure project engineering delivers safe, on-time, within-budget results
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and customers
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and MIL-SPEC standards
• Establish and maintain engineering processes and design standards
