Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, business, or related field.
• 10–15 years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders, vendor partners, and software teams.
• Strong business and technical acumen with a track record of aligning systems to business needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including change and board-level plans.
• Experience applying Big Data, microservices, cloud, and integration tools for business value.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CTO and senior leaders to align technology architecture and delivery plans with strategy.
• Oversee design, development, and operation of applications and services.
• Lead diverse cross-functional teams to deliver on time and budget with quality.
• Identify and evaluate new tech solutions to ensure future value.
• Coach teams and resolve friction; drive negotiations across partners.
• Track performance with agile, DevOps, and KPIs; report outcomes.
• Manage technology plans, budgets, and policies within the IT framework.
• Ensure robust security, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
