On-Demand Group is seeking an experienced Engineering Director to lead the technology strategy and delivery for Account & Portfolio Management platforms. This position will focus on financial product data, wealth management transactions, and investment management capabilities within a remote role that may require occasional travel to Minnesota.

The ideal candidate brings at least 10 years of IT leadership experience and a strong background in large-scale technology initiatives. Benefits include healthcare, dental, and vision insurance, along with a projected salary range of $174-236k plus bonus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT leadership experience, including 5+ years managing engineering teams.
• Strong background leading large-scale technology initiatives.
• Experience with enterprise platforms, reporting/analytics, and data services.

• Guide teams in designing and delivering scalable software solutions.
