Job summary

ITG Communications, LLC is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead our OSP/FTTX engineering effort across the region. You will guide regional engineering teams and project managers to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to customer specifications.

Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you’ll shape strategy, staffing, budgets, and resource allocation while focusing on scalable processes and growth. Occasional travel is expected as part of project delivery and client engagements.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience overseeing engineering, technical, or project management teams.
• Extensive background in OSP/FTTX engineering for large-scale telecommunications projects.
• Experience delivering programs on time and within budget, meeting contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional OSP/FTTX engineering teams and project managers.
• Co-own P&L with construction directors and VPs.
• Develop and execute project strategies aligned with company goals.
• Build staffing plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor forecasts and adjust priorities accordingly.
