Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; master's or PE preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in telecom with fiber network design and construction.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and execution.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of network strategy support and telecom construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and construction of fiber networks with quality and efficiency.
