Job summary

Digital Turbine, a leader in mobile advertising technology, seeks a Software Engineering Manager to guide multi-disciplinary full-stack pods building campaign management, dashboards and audience tooling. You will shape roadmaps with PMs and Directors, drive scalable backend architecture, and coach engineers to excel in a fast-paced, high-ownership culture.

You will partner across Product, Design and Engineering to ensure robust surfaces and low-latency APIs, while maintaining operational health

Qualifications

2+ years of direct people management experience leading software engineering teams.
8+ years of hands-on software development for high-scale, production platforms.
Strong background in full-stack architecture, distributed backend systems, API design and low-latency performance.

Responsibilities

Lead full-stack engineering pods responsible for product surfaces (campaign management, dashboards, audience tooling, APIs).
Partner with Product, Design and Engineering Directors to align roadmaps and drive high-throughput backend architecture.
Mentor engineers, hire top talent, and foster an inclusive, high-ownership engineering culture.
Ensure on-time delivery, quality, and operational health across services and pods.
Drive architectural oversight, system design, and performance optimizations across polyglot stack.
