You will set strategy, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with AS9100 and NADCAP while delivering complex projects on time.

Ideal candidate will have 7–10+ years in program management or senior engineering roles, a bachelor's in mechanical engineering, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CATIA, NX, and MS

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in Program Management or senior engineering roles.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, graphical) in English.
• Proficiency with CATIA, NX CAD and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and vision to design and engineering teams.
• Ensure design processes meet AS9100 and NADCAP requirements.
• Manage capacity planning, resources, and scheduling to deliver on-time products.
• Oversee risk management and stakeholder communication.
