SimCorp is seeking a Senior Director/Director of Engineering in New York to lead large, distributed engineering teams within Risk and Performance. You will shape technical vision, drive innovation, and ensure secure, high-quality software aligned with business goals.

You will partner with Product, Design, and Business stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions, optimize strategy, and oversee multiple product areas with accountability across the value chain.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, distributed engineering teams across multiple product areas.
• Strong collaboration with Product, Design, and Business stakeholders to align engineering with company goals.
• Experience applying AI tools in software development lifecycle.
