Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in physical plant operations, preferably in senior living.
• EPA Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, architects, and engineers.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets and staffing plans.
