Job summary

Bridgenext is seeking an Engineering Director to join the Global Data Practice as a Data Solutions Architect. The role is a hands-on leadership position requiring deep enterprise data architecture expertise and practical field knowledge across cloud data platforms.

You will partner with sales, consulting, and delivery to design, solution, and deliver scalable data ecosystems, Data Lakes/Lakehouses, and governance frameworks across enterprise initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in data architecture or data engineering with 5+ years as a solution/data architect.
• Proven enterprise-scale data architecture strategy delivery.
• Strong cloud design patterns and distributed systems knowledge.
• Hands-on expertise with modern data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and Databricks.
• Experience leading pre-sales architecture discussions and client advisory.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise data architecture vision and data models.
• Lead architecture for data pipelines, analytics platforms, and AI/ML foundations.
• Partner with Sales for architecture-driven pre-sales, PoCs, and roadmaps.
• Guide engineering on data governance, metadata, lineage, and quality.
• Mentor data engineers and architects; collaborate across delivery and client teams.
