Job summary

Fullsteam seeks a Director of Engineering for WebRezPro to lead end-to-end engineering and drive platform modernization. You will steer delivery, governance, and AI-enabled productivity initiatives across multiple teams, aligning tech with growth goals and customer outcomes.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with Product, Design and QA, and push for robust automation, testing, and observability to improve predictability and scale in a fast-growing hospitality SaaS platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience leading multiple teams or products in a SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into technical priorities and delivery.
• Hands-on coding mindset with willingness to work in the code daily.
• Experience in PMS or hospitality software platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end engineering execution across WebRezPro.
• Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery aligned with roadmaps and priorities.
• Partner with Product, Design, and QA to drive speed, quality, and impact.
• Align initiatives with growth goals: new customers, expansion, payments, retention.
• Accelerate development via AI-assisted practices: code generation, testing, release optimization.
• Establish code quality, performance, security standards and operational readiness.
