Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking an Engineering Development Site Coordinator in Richmond, VA to support the Southlake Engineering Development Center transition and ongoing technical operations. You will coordinate relocation, installation, readiness, and infrastructure efforts while ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

The role requires 7+ years in industrial operations or related fields; familiarity with AutoCAD/Inventor/Vault is preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing, facilities, or technical operations.
Familiarity with material handling, inventory, and asset tracking.
Working knowledge of safety, environmental compliance, and MS Office in industrial settings.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline; experience with CAD/document systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate equipment relocation and installation for Southlake Engineering Development Center transition.
Support facility readiness, infrastructure implementation, and material handling efforts.
Track inventory, assets, and documentation; coordinate contractors and vendors.
Maintain engineering drawing packages and document control using CAD/Inventor/Vault.Support safety and environmental compliance activities.
