Job summary

Integration International Inc. is seeking an experienced Engineering Development Site Coordinator to support facility transition, equipment relocation and startup readiness at our Richmond, VA development center.

The role coordinates moves, infrastructure projects, inventory, contractors, and engineering teams, ensuring safety, compliance, and meticulous documentation while enabling ongoing prototyping and equipment evaluation activities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in industrial operations, facilities, or engineering support.
• Experience with equipment relocation, facility startup, and infrastructure projects.
• Experience with material handling, inventory management, or asset tracking.
• Willingness to obtain forklift and scissor-lift certifications immediately if not already certified.
• Knowledge of industrial safety practices, environmental compliance, and waste management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate industrial equipment relocation, installation, setup, and facility readiness activities.
• Support facility startup, infrastructure implementation, and equipment transition projects.
• Coordinate contractors, equipment suppliers, vendors, facilities personnel, and engineering teams.
• Manage material receiving, equipment movement, inventory control, parts tracking, and asset records.
• Operate material handling equipment and obtain forklift and scissor-lift certifications as required.
• Support daily technical operations, facility organization, housekeeping, and equipment logistics.
• Maintain equipment records, technical documentation, engineering drawings, and document retention systems.
• Assist with maintaining engineering drawing packages using AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Vault, or similar systems.
• Coordinate site safety, environmental compliance, waste management, and required documentation.
• Use Microsoft Office applications to maintain project records, inventories, schedules, and reports.
• Support multiple projects and priorities in manufacturing, industrial, pilot plant, or engineering development environments.
