Job summary

Constellation seeks an experienced engineering leader to manage the engineering function for a nuclear-focused site in Illinois. You will oversee station needs, regulatory compliance, and the performance of engineering personnel to ensure high-quality results aligned with corporate objectives.

Responsibilities include directing short- and long-term programs, participating in planning and budgeting, and contributing to NGG-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or nuclear) or related science
• Professional Engineer Registration or equivalent licensure optional but preferred
• ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 Standard knowledge or equivalent regulatory familiarity required

Responsibilities

• Provide management of the engineering function with respect to station needs and regulatory requirements
• Manage performance and development of assigned engineering personnel to meet site and corporate objectives
• Lead and steer short- and long-term engineering programs impacting site operations
• Participate in Business Planning, Budget, and Performance reviews for assigned staff
• Serve as a senior resource to NGG-wide programs on standardized engineering systems/processes
• Support outage activities and emergency response as needed

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Professional Engineer (PE) license
