Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, civil/structural, electrical, industrial, mechanical or nuclear) is required.
• Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, and favorable medical examination and/or testing as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth technical expertise to develop, manage and implement engineering analysis, activities and programs.
• Provide technical expertise and consultation to identify and resolve equipment and system problems.
• Direct engineering and technical leadership on short-term and long-term programs impacting site operations.
• Perform engineering tasks using engineering principles as assigned by supervision.
• Ensure configuration management and adherence to design criteria, practices, procedures and codes.
• Conduct independent research, reviews, studies and analyses for technical projects.
• Recommend equipment or techniques to improve performance, reduce costs or comply with regulations.
• Support outage activities and emergency response as needed.
