Overview

Page is seeking an Engineering Design Manager to lead our engineering projects, particularly in Data Center, Mission Critical, and Semiconductor sectors. The ideal candidate is a motivated team player with extensive experience in these areas.

Responsibilities

1. Forecast and organize project design development and production delivery
2. Coordinate with consultants, team members, and clients
3. Follow protocols and procedures to reach optimal solutions
4. Manage client/owner relationships, budgets, and compliance with codes and jurisdictional requirements
5. Provide onsite assistance during construction observations
6. Build relationships with new and returning clients through networking

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field from an accredited university
• Licensed Architect
• 10+ years of experience in Science and Technology projects, including data centers, mission-critical facilities, and semiconductors
• Experience managing large projects valued at $30MM or more
• Strong architecture and detailing skills
• Expertise in construction administrative processes
• Detail-oriented, organized, with proven multi-project management experience
• Effective coordination with contractors, architectural teams, and consultants
• Leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and consultants
• Proven public speaking and networking abilities
• Excellent writing skills
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Revit
• Current or eligible for federal security clearance
• Availability for occasional travel within the US
