Overview
Page is seeking an Engineering Design Manager to lead our engineering projects, particularly in Data Center, Mission Critical, and Semiconductor sectors. The ideal candidate is a motivated team player with extensive experience in these areas.
Responsibilities
- Forecast and organize project design development and production delivery
- Coordinate with consultants, team members, and clients
- Follow protocols and procedures to reach optimal solutions
- Manage client/owner relationships, budgets, and compliance with codes and jurisdictional requirements
- Provide onsite assistance during construction observations
- Build relationships with new and returning clients through networking
Qualifications
- Degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field from an accredited university
- Licensed Architect
- 10+ years of experience in Science and Technology projects, including data centers, mission-critical facilities, and semiconductors
- Experience managing large projects valued at $30MM or more
- Strong architecture and detailing skills
- Expertise in construction administrative processes
- Detail-oriented, organized, with proven multi-project management experience
- Effective coordination with contractors, architectural teams, and consultants
- Leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and consultants
- Proven public speaking and networking abilities
- Excellent writing skills
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Revit
- Current or eligible for federal security clearance
- Availability for occasional travel within the US
