Job summary

Nuveen seeks an Engineering & Delivery Manager to lead the engineering team responsible for the investment data platform, spanning IBOR/ABOR, performance and attribution, and the data lakehouse publication.

You will drive a single owner path from source to consumer, advance data quality, governance, and observability, and modernize flows toward cloud-native, event-driven data products with strong APIs and AI-assisted development.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience with modern data platforms and/or data domains
• 5 years of experience in asset management or financial services
• Experience in an engineering management role

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering for IBOR/ABOR, performance and attribution, and the transformation layer toward data lakehouse publication.
• Drive data quality, lineage, governance and observability across the platform.
• Embed AI into engineering workflows with governance and risk practices.
