Qualifications

• 3+ years in corporate or agency recruiting, ideally focused on Engineering or Construction.
• Deep understanding of the engineering and construction sector and its staffing challenges.
• Strong communicator, relationship builder, and strategic thinker.
• Familiar with ATS systems and modern recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives.
• Consult and advise managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to candidate guidance.
