Job summary

Senior Metal Bellows in Massachusetts seeks a Senior Engineering Change Coordinator to serve as the Configuration Management (CM) Subject Matter Expert. You will establish CM standards, drive product data integrity, and ensure traceability of Technical Data Packages and Bills of Materials from design through manufacturing execution.

You will lead the end-to-end change workflow (ECRs/ECOs, deviations, waivers), perform configuration status accounting, and coordinate PCAs to verify alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of hands-on configuration management experience.
• Experience with PLM/PDM and ERP platforms.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100 or similar standards.
• Strong attention to detail and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute our configuration management framework with standardized processes and data integrity.
• Lead configuration identification and maintain baselines across lifecycle stages.
• Oversee end-to-end change workflow: ECRs, ECOs, deviations, waivers.
• Perform configuration status accounting and lead PCAs to verify alignment of as-designed and as-built data.
• Control part data, Engineering and Manufacturing BOMs, drawings, and Technical Data Packages in PLM/PDM and ERP systems.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Programs to resolve configuration issues and implement changes.
• Serve as CM SME and mentor teams on best practices.
