Arthrex, Inc. seeks an Engineering Co-op in Quality Assurance – Supplier Quality (INC) at Naples, FL. You will support the DTMSQE team to ensure externally manufactured products meet design and Arthrex QMS requirements and collaborate with design, supply chain, manufacturing, and vendor teams.

The role emphasizes PPAP, SPC, GRR, and process validation, with growth in project management and technical writing. The 2027 winter-spring co-op runs Jan 2027–Jun 2027, 40 hours/week on-site in Naples.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate, orally and in writing.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration is beneficial.
• Familiarity with quality systems and PPAP processes is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating and closing vendor nonconformances with cross-functional teams.
• Support design transfer activities for new product initiatives.
• Document validation protocols and ensure vendors meet Arthrex requirements.
• Assist in updating cleaning process documentation and QMS updates.
• Learn PPAP and identify areas for process improvement.
