Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. is seeking a Design Quality Engineering co-op in Naples, FL to support MPI projects and remediation activities. The role involves updating DTM and dFMEA, routing PLM documentation, and working with Design and Quality teams on control documentation and PPAP development.

The co-op runs January 2027–June 2027, with a 40-hour work week at the Naples facility. Enrollment as an engineering student is required, with biomedical, mechanical, or bioengineering majors preferred.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a full-time student pursuing an engineering degree.
• Junior or above; recent grads within six months welcome.
• Preferred study areas include Biomedical, Mechanical Engineering or Bioengineering.

Responsibilities

• Support Design Quality Engineers with MPI and remediation projects.
• Assist in updating DTM, dFMEAs, risk traceability, and PLM documents.
• Help produce Design Control Documentation, Quality Plans and PPAP artifacts.
• Assist data reviews during transition to a new management system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced NPI environment.
