Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is offering a 15-week Engineering Co-op Program at our Greensboro, North Carolina site. Co-ops will assist our Engineering Managers with day-to-day tasks and special projects, contributing to the department's goals and initiatives.

The program begins January 2027 and involves interaction with various teams and sensitive information under supervision. Candidates should be enrolled in an engineering degree program and be prepared to relocate if needed.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must be currently enrolled in a college or university at the time of the Co-op program.
• Must be currently pursuing an Engineering Degree with sophomore standing or higher.

Responsibilities

• Equipment analysis
• New installations and facility revisions
• Developing drawings and specifications for equipment layout
• Investigation of new plant engineering processes and techniques
• Special projects as identified by the Engineering Team
• Present final presentation at the end of rotation to site, program, and division leadership
