Job summary

Sherwin-Williams invites student engineers to join a 15-week Engineering Co-op in Morrow, GA, starting January 2027. You will support site Engineering Managers with daily tasks and special projects, gaining hands-on experience in a factory setting.

Responsibilities include equipment analysis, installations, and developing layout drawings while engaging with cross-functional teams. This program emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and exposure to manufacturing processes within our Global Supply Chain

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a college or university during the Co-op program.
• Engineering degree with sophomore standing or higher is required.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with equipment analysis and evaluations.
• Support new installations and facility revisions.
• Develop drawings and specifications for equipment layout.
• Assist in investigating new plant engineering processes and techniques.
• Contribute to special projects identified by the Engineering Team.
• Deliver a final presentation to site, program, and division leadership.
