Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a candidate for its Engineering Co-op Program in Greensboro, North Carolina. The 15-week program will have you assisting the Engineering Manager with daily tasks and special projects, contributing to department goals and initiatives.

You will gain hands-on experience in equipment analysis, installations, drawings, and process investigations, culminating in a final presentation to leadership at the end of the rotation.

Qualifications

• Must be currently pursuing an Engineering Degree (Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical) with sophomore standing or higher.
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist site Engineering Managers with day-to-day tasks and special projects.
• Develop drawings and specifications for equipment layout and installation.
• Analyze equipment and investigate new plant engineering processes and techniques.
• Present final rotation presentation to site, program, and division leadership.
