Job summary

Sotalent is seeking an Engineering Co‑Op to support manufacturing operations, engineering projects, data analysis, and continuous improvement at our Lititz, PA facility. The role offers hands-on learning with project management exposure, training, coaching, and mentorship. This full‑time assignment requires 40 hours per week.

The position begins in January 2027 for 5–6 months with potential extension into Summer/Fall 2027, and involves cross‑functional collaboration on improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in an engineering discipline and must remain enrolled for the co-op duration.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week for 5–6 months starting January 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities at a manufacturing facility.
• Assist with engineering and project management activities.
• Analyze operational data and contribute to root‑cause investigations.
• Support development and implementation of process improvements.
• Help improve site performance metrics and operational efficiency.
• Assist with validation activities and related documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on projects and improvement initiatives.
