The role offers hands-on learning with project management exposure, training, coaching, and mentorship. This full‑time assignment requires 40 hours per week.

The position begins in January 2027 for 5–6 months with potential extension into Summer/Fall 2027, and involves cross‑functional collaboration on improvement initiatives.

Qualificações

About the Role

An established consumer health products manufacturer is seeking an Engineering Co-Op student to support manufacturing operations, engineering projects, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This opportunity provides hands‑on experience applying engineering concepts in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to project management, process improvement, validation activities, and cross‑functional collaboration. Participants will receive training, coaching, and career mentorship while contributing to projects that support operational performance.

This is a full‑time assignment requiring at least 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day activities at a manufacturing facility.

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at an accredited university and pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in an engineering discipline, such as chemical, mechanical, industrial, packaging, computer, biomedical, or electrical engineering.
• Must remain enrolled for the duration of the co‑op assignment.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization without requiring employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 5–6 months beginning in January 2027.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Reliable personal transportation to and from the work location.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Good problem‑solving abilities and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with statistical tools such as Minitab, or reporting and dashboard tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Interest in consumer health products and manufacturing.
