Testors in Hagerstown, MD is seeking an Engineering Co-Op for January 2027 through August 2027. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, full-time at 40 hours per week with a pay of $25.00 per hour.

Projects span processing, milling, and paint production, including Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and Toyota Production System training. Housing is included at Valley Loft Apartments in Hagerstown, and the program offers hands-on experience in continuous improvement, plant operations, and safety

Qualifications

• Must be a student pursuing an engineering degree.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and handle real projects.

Responsibilities

• Support operations engineer projects in processing, milling, and paint production.
• Assist with equipment and process changes to improve efficiency, throughput, and safety.
• Participate in Lean & Six Sigma activities and safety initiatives.
