Greenheck Group is seeking an Engineering Co‑op in Central Wisconsin for an 8‑month term. You will work across testing, manufacturing, product design, and application engineering, gaining hands‑on experience in a multi‑branded HVAC equipment environment.

The role emphasizes hands‑on learning, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and exposure to market needs, with a starting pay range of $22.00–$28.00 per hour depending on knowledge and performance.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a related bachelor’s degree program (Mechanical, Industrial, Technology, Manufacturing or Applied Engineering).
• On track to graduate in the next 3 semesters or less.
• Interest in hands‑on learning.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
• Experience working with basic hand tools.
• Experience with 3D modeling software (a plus) to expand your technical toolkit and design capabilities.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills to support customer‑focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Test Engineering in lab, building prototypes, testing, and documenting results.
• Manufacturing Engineering: update SOPs, troubleshoot machines, drive improvement.
• Product Engineering: design, test, and oversee production of new/existing products.
• Application Engineering: market research, analyze needs, assist with software design/test.
