Greenheck Group is seeking a highly motivated student to join our Central Wisconsin team as a Manufacturing Operations Co-op from January to August or May to December. Qualifications

• Enrollment in a related bachelor’s degree program (Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Management, Supply Chain, etc.)
• On track to graduate in the next 3 semesters or less
• Interest in hands-on learning
• Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, innovative environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to support manufacturing operations
• Proficiency in Excel
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement preferred

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day manufacturing while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity through data analysis, problem-solving, process improvement, and project support
• Assignments may include Production Supervision, GPS/Continuous Improvement, Materials, Scheduling, or Quality/Business Process Improvement (BPI) depending on business needs
