Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be pursuing an academic degree and maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Define and document process parameters.
• Quantify and lead actions to reduce scrap.
• Improve effectiveness and efficiency of key machinery in high-volume areas.
• Learn, adhere to Quality Policy and Procedures to help meet quality objectives.
• Gain insights into Schaeffler's manufacturing, design and technological processes.
