Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited Engineering program relevant to Lyons Salt operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; CAD skills a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collect and report daily data from operations.
• Participate in regular operations meetings and assist projects.
• Assist plant operations with daily operation tasks.
• Perform time-studies or efficiency-related research and make recommendations.
• Analyze operational data for improvement opportunities.
