Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university and pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Operations, Chemical, Materials, Automation, or related field.
• Must have completed at least 3 or more semesters of college coursework.
• If you are a co-op, you must be registered with your university's official co-op program or career services office.
• Must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5; full-time student status highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite in Shaw’s manufacturing operations facilities in an engineering capacity.
• Rotate between school/work or work sequentially to develop skills and support the onsite team.
• Apply knowledge and problem-solving to ongoing facility projects; gain technical experience for a future engineering career.
• Grow knowledge of working as an engineer in manufacturing and prepare for full-time interviews after graduation.
