Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
• Must have completed at least 3 semesters of college coursework.
• If you are a co-op, you must be registered with your university's official co-op program or career services office.
• Minimum GPA of 2.5; full-time student status highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite in Shaw's manufacturing operations facilities in an engineering capacity.
• Match with a facility that best utilizes your skills and interests.
• Apply knowledge and problem-solving skills to ongoing facility projects; gain technical experience.
• Project work begins basic and progresses to more advanced and impactful as you gain experience.
• Develop knowledge to interview for full-time positions after graduation.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Operations, Chemical, Materials, Automation, or related engineering field
