Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited university and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Operations, Chemical, Materials, Automation, or related engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Complete a series of semesters, rotating between school and work or sequentially, onsite in Shaw’s manufacturing operations facilities in an engineering capacity.
• Collaborate with Shaw’s engineering staff to apply knowledge and problem-solving skills to ongoing facility projects.
• Build foundational knowledge and evolve toward full-time engineering roles after graduation.
