Abbott Laboratories in Saint Paul, MN, is seeking a Document/Engineering Change Control Specialist to support quality checks and change management across PLM and ERP systems. You will focus on document and part changes, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance through track changes and proper approvals.
The role requires 2–4 years in change control, HS diploma, and solid MS Office skills.

This position works out of our New Brighton, MN location in the SH division.
Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life through the design and provision of device and management solutions for the treatment of STRUCTURAL HEART disease. We aim to lead the markets we serve by requiring the solutions we offer customers provide an improved benefit/risk profile as compared to existing standards of care; a performance threshold that by definition, guides and ensures the productive output of our engineering, business development, and clinical research efforts result in outcomes that advance the standard of care.
This position is required to be onsite 5 days per week.
The hourly rate of pay range for this position is $28.00-31.00/hr.
The base pay for this position is $19.35 – $38.75/hour In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.

Required Qualifications: HS Graduate or Equivalent.
2-4 years of experience in a Document/Engineering Change Control role, preferably in a regulated industry.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
Able to enter data in PLM and ERP system provided by Change Orders.
Intermediate knowledge of systems (PLM, ERP).
Must have strong interpersonal skills.
Able to contribute to a department or cross-functional problem-solving team.
Ability to work in a geographically diverse business environment.
Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate with Change Managers, Documentation Services staff, and other functional areas.
Multitasks, prioritizes, and meets deadlines in timely manner.
Strong organizational and follow-through skills, as well as attention to detail.
Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
