Job summary

Ryzen Solutions in Fremont, CA seeks a PLM Change Coordinator to manage engineering change processes within our PLM system. This role supports New Product Introduction and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

You will generate and track Change Orders, coordinate with Engineers and Designers on BOM changes, and ensure adherence to change control policies. A Bachelor's in Engineering and actual CAD experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Actual CAD experience with Siemens NX required.
• Experience with Teamcenter PLM for change management.
• Strong communication; able to facilitate meetings and document minutes.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage Change Orders (CO) through closure.
• Document research for parts/assemblies ensuring change control compliance.
• Support NPI PMs for Engineering Change Order activities.
• Interface with engineers/designers on BOM-related changes.
• Process part numbers, BOMs, and change orders.
• Track documents from initiation to final approval.
• Facilitate design review meetings and coordinate actions.

Salary Range: $35 - $46/Hr on W2

Join our dynamic team in Fremont, CA, where you will play a crucial role in managing engineering change processes as part of our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and continuous improvement processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering REQUIRED
• Drafting using Siemens NX CAD -- MUST HAVE ACTUAL CAD EXPERIENCE
• Change Management using Teamcenter PLM
• Strong communication skills; able to facilitate meetings and send minutes with actions and decisions
• Prior work experience at client or in the client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• CAD Tools - NX, Solidworks, or Creo
• PLM Systems - Teamcenter, Enovia, Windchill, or Agile iPLM/SAP experience
• Team center and NX Experience

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Generate and manage Change Orders (CO) through closure

• Support NPI PMs for Engineering Change Order activities
• Interface with Engineers and Designers on design solutions into BOMs
• Process part numbers, bills of material, and change orders

• Facilitate Design review meetings and act as a coordinator
