Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years in manufacturing, data analysis, or data management supporting manufacturing.
Ability to identify problems, isolate causes, and drive resolutions.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Control and manage the implementation of change requests at the factory level.
Own the Engineering Change Process, including notifications, processing, timelines, and documentation.
Communicate engineering changes to suppliers and support inquiries.
Read, interpret, and validate Electrical and Mechanical BOMs for switchboards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate product changes.
Lead meetings, drive root-cause analysis, and troubleshoot COMPAS/Team Center issues.
Improve information workflow from external customers to all functions across the factory.
Train peers as appropriate.
Support process improvements to reduce rework and delays.
