Job summary

Honda South Carolina Manufacturing is seeking a detail-oriented engineer to manage regional and global engineering drawings and BOM data. You will oversee Manufacturing Instructions, engineering changes, and data management processes to support new model launches and mass production with accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely changes and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S., or equivalent) or combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• 0 to 4 years of experience in Part Drawing Control, Engineering Change Management, or a related field.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Production Control, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar manufacturing operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage design changes and BOM updates within the BEAM system.
• Review engineering drawings for part hierarchy, changes, and dates.
• Configure vehicle applications, feature lists, and drivetrain configurations.
• Coordinate design change approvals and ensure timely implementation of revisions.
• Manage MI approval workflows and routing through stakeholders.
• Support new model launches and mass production readiness.
