Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineering Change Engineer to lead engineering changes and process deviations in a manufacturing environment.

You will coordinate ECOs, validate requirements, and work with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure BOM accuracy and cost-effective improvements. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in a plant setting, with Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, PFMEA, DoE, SPC, and MSA, plus strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field such as Industrial, Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
