Wounded Warrior Project seeks a Center of Excellence Manager, Engineering to lead and mentor the Engineering team within the CoE, delivering reliable, scalable technical solutions aligned with organizational goals.

You will promote engineering best practices, documentation, and tooling while partnering with IT Delivery Managers and business partners to translate needs into architecture and delivery plans.

Qualifications

• Seven years of progressive engineering leadership experience.
• Five years overseeing complex technology initiatives.
• Three years collaborating with Finance, HR, Salesforce, and related platforms.
• Three years of staff management and development.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor the Engineering team within the CoE.
• Ensure delivery of reliable, scalable technical solutions.
• Develop engineering best practices and tooling improvements.
• Partner with managers across IT and business units to align requirements.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
