ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Finance & Administrative Specialist for the Engineering Center in the United States. The role combines financial controlling, budgeting, reporting, and procurement support with executive assistance and coordination across engineering teams.

You will manage budgets, prepare monthly dashboards, and work with Finance, HR, IT, and Purchasing to ensure accurate financial monitoring and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in finance, business administration, controlling, purchasing support, or executive/administrative assistance
• Experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or automotive environment is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); SAP knowledge; Power BI is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage the Engineering Center budget and monthly financial reports/dashboards
• Collaborate with US and Mexico Finance to review results and support actions
• Coordinate PO issuance, invoice processing, and payment follow-up
• Provide executive and administrative support to the Engineering Director
• Maintain organization charts and assist with onboarding and cross-functional coordination
