Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• MBA, CPA, CMA or equivalent qualification is considered an asset.
• Typically 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget and forecasting processes for U.S. operations.
• Prepare regular financial forecasts including revenue, gross margin, and EBIT.
• Provide actionable financial insights to support decisions.
• Develop scenario analyses and financial simulations for strategic planning.
• Lead monthly management reporting for U.S. operations.
