Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a seasoned FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis for the U.S. operations. You will partner with U.S. leadership to deliver actionable insights, drive forecast accuracy and improve FP&A processes.

The role requires 10+ years in FP&A, strong Excel/ERP experience (NetSuite/OneStream), and ability to translate financial data into strategic recommendations for executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• MBA, CPA, CMA or equivalent qualification is asset.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, controlling or corporate finance.
• Previous experience in FP&A Manager/Finance Manager or similar role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and management reporting.
• Experience with ERP, planning and reporting systems; NetSuite and OneStream advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget and forecasting processes for the U.S. operations.
• Coordinate financial assumptions with business leaders and ensure consistency with operational plans.
• Prepare regular financial forecasts: revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, EBIT.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and communicate them to management.
• Develop scenario analyses and financial simulations for strategic decisions.
• Improve forecast accuracy and planning methodologies.
• Lead monthly management reporting for the U.S. operations.
• Prepare executive-level financial presentations highlighting KPIs and trends.
• Support North America Finance with consolidated reporting and performance analysis.
• Automate and simplify reporting where possible.
